At Castle Accident Repair Centre in Tonbridge, following an accident, we’re here to make the claims process as smooth as possible with our comprehensive non fault accident assistance service. With just one call, we take care of everything and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
- If your vehicle is undrivable, our team will arrange for prompt recovery and transportation to our bodyshop for expert repairs.
- We’ll also provide you with a replacement vehicle to keep you mobile while your car is being repaired.
- We will work directly with your insurance company and any third parties involved.
- Plus your no claims status will remain intact, and you will have no excess to pay (Subject to eligibility)
Customer Mobility
If you require recovery of your undrivable vehicle after an accident or local collection and delivery, we can arrange this. We also have a selection of courtesy cars available to keep you mobile whilst we are repairing your vehicle. Subject to availability.
Excess Contribution
Should you be involved in an accident that was your fault or you require additional excess to be paid, don’t worry, we can also assist with this for you. We can still manage the claim, provide you with a courtesy vehicle, and can even contribute towards your insurance policy excess (*Subject to terms).
